What’s Thandai Phirni?

Phirni is a conventional North Indian dessert made with flooring rice, slow-cooked in milk, and flavored with cardamom, saffron, and totally different aromatic substances. Traditionally served chilled, Phirni has a clear, pudding-like texture that melts in your mouth.
