Principally we like to eat boiled candy potato as a put up meal snack. Aside from this, we South Indians make Candy potato curry / Sakkaravalli kizhangu poriyal or add them in sambar, vatha kuzhambu.

For a change, I attempted this North Indian fashion Candy potato paratha for the primary time. It got here out so effectively. Its really easy to make as effectively.   • Boiled Candy potato – 2
  • Wheat flour – 1 cup
  • Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Ajwain / omam – 1/2 tsp
  • Crimson chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed Kasoori methi – 1 tsp
  • Salt & water – as wanted
  • Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp (chopped finely)
  • Ghee – to prepare dinner

HOW TO MAKE SWEET POTATO PARATHA

  1. Wash and stress prepare dinner candy potato for two whistles in low flame.
  2. Peel the pores and skin and mash it effectively. Take wheat flour in a bowl.
  3. Add the mashed candy potato, spice powders, salt and blend effectively.
  4. Sprinkle water and make a easy dough. Roll it skinny or thick as you want.
  5. Warmth dosa tawa. Unfold little ghee and place the rolled paratha.
  6. Prepare dinner either side in low to medium flame until its effectively cooked. Smear ghee on either side.
  7. Take away and serve scorching with onion raita, masala raita, boondi raita or just with a pickle as aspect dish. Tastes nice !
