
I’ve already posted two sorts of Okra or bhindi crunchies on this web site. Here’s a Bhindi pakora right this moment which could be served as is or with ketchup.
Components:
12 medium sized Bhindi
200 gms Besan
3 tbsps Corn flour
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp Ajwain
1/2 tsp Hing/ asafoetida
Salt
Oil to fry the pakora.
Technique:
Wash and dry the Bhindi. Reduce into small chunk sized items. Add besan, salt, chilli powder, cornflour, cumin seeds, ajwain, asafoetida and blend effectively. Warmth oil in a pan. Kind balls of the combination and drop them into the new oil. Deep fry till crisp and golden brown in color. Take away, drain and serve sizzling.
