  • ½ Tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Urad Dal
  • 1 Tbsp Chana Dal

  • ½ Cup Capsicum (Chopped)
  • ½ Cup Carrot (Chopped)
  • ½ Cup Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic (Chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp Dry Fruits – Cashew and Almond (Chopped)
  • ½ Tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt as per Style
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
  • Cup Semolina (Suji or Rava)
  • ½ Cup Curd
  • Water as Required
  • 2 Tbsp Eno
  • Firstly, take a kadai and add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, hing and curry leaves.

  • When tempering begins crackled, add carrot, capsicum, onion, dry fruits, ginger and garlic. Prepare dinner for 3 minutes.

  • Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander leaves. Prepare dinner for 2 minutes.

  • Add semolina, roast for 5 minutes on medium flame.

  • Now switch in one other bowl and let it quiet down until room temperature.

  • Then add curd and blend it correctly. And canopy it with a lid and depart for 10 minutes.
