Wash and soak moong dal for two hours.

Chop the spring onions and maintain apart.

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 2 inexperienced chillies, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp crimson chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin coriander powder
  • salt to style
