
This easy and colourful mango salsa is tremendous straightforward to make! Could be made very quickly. It’s candy, spicy and completely scrumptious. I by no means fail to make it throughout the mango season, particularly with the Alphonso mango. Serve this contemporary mango salsa with chips, on tacos or salads, or as a salad by itself.
Elements:
3 ripe mangoes chopped into cubes
1 medium crimson bell pepper, chopped
1 giant onion chopped
5 tbsps coriander leaves chopped
1 inexperienced chilly minced
4 tbsps lemon juice
Salt.
Methodology:
Tip the chopped mango, bell pepper, onion, coriander leaves, and minced chilly right into a bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt. Relaxation it for ten minutes within the fridge for the flavours to infuse. Serve.
