the required greens. Wash and soak the matta rice, Ada for pradhaman. Soak tamarind for sambar and puli inji individually.<\/li>\n<li>Grate or slice the coconut into items and grind it to take coconut milk for payasam. Put aside. Please see the picture shared under. I exploit a giant ladle to slice the coconut. <\/li>\n<li>Take the required coconut. Add inexperienced chilli, cumin seeds and grind it for avial, thoran and parippu curry.<\/li>\n<li>Take 2 to three cookers. Place toor dal including water, turmeric powder, a drop of oil for making sambar. Maintain a small container contained in the cooker and place the chopped greens for sambar.<\/li>\n<li>Place a plate over the bowl and prepare the chopped greens for avial. Add salt and little water. Cowl the cooker and strain prepare dinner for two whistles in low flame.<\/li>\n<li>In one other cooker, take the chopped veggies for blended veg thoran. Maintain a small container and place the grated cabbage for thoran. Place a small plate and maintain the grated beetroot for pachadi. Prepare dinner every little thing in low flame for one whistle.<\/li>\n<li>Within the third cooker, take the matta rice and strain prepare dinner until executed.<\/li>\n<li>As soon as the veggies are cooked nicely, take them out and add the coconut paste for avial, thorans, beetroot pachadi and boil them.<\/li>\n<li>Make sambar and puli inji. Lastly make payasams.<\/li>\n<li>Serve all of the gadgets in banana leaf following this order.
