Cauliflower \u2013 1 small, cut back into medium florets<br \/>2. Turmeric powder \u2013 1\/4 tsp<br \/>Kashmiri chilli powder \u2013 1 tbsp<br \/>Chili flakes \u2013 3\/4 tsp<br \/>Pepper powder \u2013 1\/2 tsp<br \/>Salt \u2013 1\/2 \u2013 3\/4 tsp or as required<br \/>Ginger garlic paste \u2013 1 tbsp<br \/>Corn starch \u2013 4 tbsp or as required<br \/>All purpose flour \u2013 5-6 tbsp<br \/>Rice flour \u2013 2 tbsp<br \/>Water \u2013 1\/3 cup or as required<br \/>Curry leaves \u2013 6-7, finely chopped<br \/>Coriander leaves \u2013 3 tbsp, finely chopped<br \/>Lemon juice \u2013 2 tsp<br \/>Oil \u2013 1 tsp<br \/>3. Oil \u2013 To deep-fry<br \/>4. Oil \u2013 2 tbsp<br \/>Cumin seeds- 1\/2 tsp<br \/>5. Garlic \u2013 1 tsp, minced<br \/>Inexperienced chilies \u2013 3, diagonally sliced<br \/>Chili garlic sauce \u2013 2 tbsp<br \/>Methodology<br \/>1. Boil water in a giant vessel. Add cauliflower florets, little salt and put together dinner for 3 minutes (30 \u2013 40% cooked). Drain correctly. Let it cool.<br \/>2. Combine the cauliflower florets with the weather numbered 2. The cauliflower should have a thick coating. Let leisure for 10 minutes.<br \/>2. Deep-fry in 2-3 batches till reddish brown and crisp, takes about 4-5 minutes. Take away to a paper towel.<br \/>3. Heat 2 tbsp oil and splutter cumin seeds. Subsequent add garlic and inexperienced chilies. Put together dinner for 1-2 mts (garlic shouldn\u2019t brown). Add chili garlic sauce and mix correctly. Lastly add fried cauliflower toss correctly.
