Rajma \u2013 1.5 cup (Soak rajma in sufficient water for not less than 8-10 hrs)<br \/>Cloves \u2013 3, black cardamom- 1, cinnamon stick \u2013 1\/2 inch, bay leaf \u2013 1<br \/>Salt \u2013 1\/2 tsp<br \/>Water \u2013 As required<br \/>2. Oil \u2013 1.5 tbsp<br \/>3. Cumin seeds \u2013 1\/2 tsp<br \/>4. Onion \u2013 1 cup<br \/>5. Ginger garlic paste \u2013 2 tsp<br \/>6. Turmeric powder- 1\/2 tsp<br \/>Chilli powder \u2013 1.5 \u2013 2 tsp<br \/>Coriander powder \u2013 2 tsp<br \/>7. Tomato, ripe- 2 medium, chopped<br \/>8. Oil + butter \u2013 2 tsp every<br \/>9. Scorching water \u2013 1\/2 cup or as required<br \/>Garam masala powder \u2013 1\/2 tsp<br \/>10. Kasoori methi \u2013 1\/2 tsp<br \/>Butter \u2013 1.5 tsp, non-compulsory<br \/>11. Coriander leaves, chopped \u2013 3 tbsp<br \/>12. Ghee \u2013 2 tsp (non-compulsory)<br \/>Inexperienced chilies \u2013 2-3, slit<br \/>Ginger \u2013 3\/4 tsp, sliced<br \/>Technique<br \/>1.
