Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to ensure your products arrive safely and promptly:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Free for orders over 1000 ₹ or 50 ₹ flat rate).
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (50 ₹ fee).
  • Overnight Shipping: Next day delivery (50 ₹ fee).

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that during peak seasons (holidays or sales), processing times may take a bit longer.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, delivery address, and selected shipping method.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries: India. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes that are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly on our shipping partner’s website.

6. Shipping Issues

Returns and Exchanges Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, you can return most items within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging, if applicable.
  • Not marked as “final sale.”

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sale or clearance items

3. How to Return an Item

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@kuchaman.in to request a return authorization (RMA).
  • Step 2: Ship the item back to the return address provided with the RMA. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item).
  • Step 3: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank account and contact your credit card company—sometimes it takes a few days to post.
